The breakfast was quite good and provided a variety of options. The hotel was located near the highway and was easy to find. They also provided free parking, which was convenient. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The staff was not friendly or welcoming. We did not receive the information we needed about the hotel and its amenities.

the breakfast, quiet location, nearby shopping mall, easy to find off the motorway.

Lack of atmosphere, outside area needed cleaning, no food served on bank holidays, distance from city centre, bar closed early most nights before 10 pm.

We had a comfortable stay at the hotel. The location is convenient for travelers as it is situated near a big shopping center and transportation is easily accessible. The hotel is spotless and has good facilities such as parking. The breakfast had a wide range of options and the staff was friendly.

You had to pay 5,5 Euro/day for internet connection, what is even ok, but in this case connection speed should be much faster. Only one english tv channel out of maybe 20 germans.

Location close to large shopping complex

WiFi was not working for the whole time we were there, about 18 hrs. I find it incredible that in this day and age a service contract cannot be enforced within 24 hrs

Located in an industrial area, close to a very big shopping center, this hotel is a perfect destination for business guests and shopaholics alike. the rooms are clean and comfortable with comfortable beds, and the breakfast buffet offers a range of hot and cold dishes. the personnel is friendly and helpful, while the hotel facilities include a pool table for some leisure time.

The parking facility could be improved with better security.
